Data Deletion Instructions for COMMAND

COMMAND is an internal business operations and marketing intelligence application provided by Trinity Skidmore.

If you would like your data deleted from COMMAND, please contact us using the information below.

Subject line: COMMAND Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your business name, if applicable

• The email address or phone number associated with the request

• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

Once we receive your request, we will review it and delete applicable personal information from COMMAND unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Examples of data that may be deleted include:

• Contact information

• Submitted service request details

• Scheduling information

• Marketing intake details

• Connected account data collected through authorized integrations

• Analytics or reporting data associated with your account, where deletion is technically feasible

Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, transaction records, or third-party systems for a limited period as required for security, compliance, or business continuity.

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
